No point in offering a pick up time option if you can't guarantee it

I ordered a pick up for a consignment for after 12pm. The driver turned up at 11.20 and the consignment was still being relabelled so couldn't be picked up. He had no knowledge of my timing preference. When called Interparcel I was told that this was just a request not a guarantee. If you can't rely on it there's no point in offering it. Also the driver should have known about it. I've lost a day and it's unlikely I'll use Interparcel again.

Excellent customer service

I had to try and change my delivery address on the day it was due and Black Circles managed it. Very few companies could achieve this. Also great range of products and prices for my vehicle.
