I was told my part was not in stock and a lead time of 2/3 days and I would be contacted direct by the shop when in. On not hearing from the shop i rang head office and checked to see if the part was available elsewere so i could pick it up as I needed it by the next day and was informed the part was at the shop, this was frustrating as I had already gone home, i rushed to the shop to pick it up; however on arriving at my caravan just about to fit part and found it was the WRONG PART bagged with correct number but wrong. I have now got to go back to the shop and try to sort this out. One unhappy customer.
