I don't understand

Well, yesterday I ordered a mouse from amazon, which was reduced from £60 to £25, it was a must buy. Well anyway, I asked for it to be delivered the next day, and with amazon prime it was accepted. I was within the time limit of the 'order within 2 hours and 30 minutes to get it the next day!'. Well I've been waiting for it since 1PM today, and it still hasn't arrived.

I had a text message off DPD saying that my parcel will be delivered on the 23rd of October, when it was originally scheduled for 22nd and it gave me 3 options - Deliver to neighbor, Reschedulle for Thursday or Reschedulle for Friday. I haven't replied to this as I do not want to risk affecting my delivery. I am not here for 2 days after tomorrow, so if it doesn't arrive then, then I don't know what I'm going to do. I want to know why it has automatically been changed to 2 days from next day delivery! I don't know what to do.

Sorry to hear about the confusion. I'm sure you're keen to get your hands on your mouse, especially given it's such a bargain!

Having looked into this, I see that we do not appear to have received the parcel until yesterday, which is why it's not gone out for delivery until today. According to our tracking system, your mouse is on one of our vehicles, and should be delivered today.
