I purchased a £449 tv and was sent an email stating I would be contacted within 48hrs to confirm delivery details. After this had passed I contacted PRC who stated they had tried to contact me. Unfortunately no message was left on my answer phone and no missed calls logged on my mobile. As an apology, my order was upgraded to priority despatch for free with a certified delivery within 48hrs. When it was clear this was not going to happen, I called once again. The order had not been processed because the money had not manually been taken from my account - was the explaination. I had completed the transaction with my credit card over the internet. All very dodgey. I immediately cancelled my order.
Pay a little more. Be warned... STAY CLEAR!
Spent near a £100 on sports supplements. Surprised to be charged delivery by courier. Claimed delivery would be completed in 3 working days and have.......... failed!
Will go back to my original supplier, a little more expensive but always have been spot-on with a free next day delivery.
