I was deeply unimpressed with the service as when I booked to go to a restaurant I arrived to find that it was closed. This cost me £29 in taxi fares.
When I complained Top Table said that their system allows bookings for restaurants that are closed BUT then sends an unfullfilled email to tell you that they cannot accept the booking. They had the wrong email address (either because I typed it wrong or they did) BUT did not try to contact me in any other way despite presumably getting a bounce. They had my mobile number so could have sent a text.
This is unacceptable and I for one will not be using them again - better to ring the restaurant direct. I also agree that I have never seen a bad review!!!
