I ordered and qualified for free delivery but didn't notice that the basket automatically pre-selects the more expensive next day delivery postage option. I noticed as soon as I submitted the order and emailed to ask it to be changed to free standard delivery.
Unfortunately it took three days to reply to my email by which time the order had been dispatched so there was nothing they could do.
It left a sour taste and I probably won't order from them again.
