I can't fault this company on the quality or price of the clothing. I've used everything5pounds for nearly 3yrs now, although very rarely during the past year. To improve and win back regular custom from myself and other loyal company's, the company should limit the amount you can buy to combat bulk buying. It would also be better if, when an item is placed in your basket, it stays there for at least an hour. The amount of times I've gone to check out and the "sorry this item is out of stock" message appears, has driven me crazy. Especially when the item is gone in literally seconds! If these problems were dealt with, I would be giving this company 5 stars. I feel the company is more interested in profit than the loyal customers that have been with them for years.
