Excellent and personal customer service at a highly competitive price

I ordered a very nice Gucci watch for my wife's Christmas present. After looking around on the web, Precision Time offered the best price for this specific model, although they did not have it in stock. When I called, they said they were confident that it would arrive in good time for Christmas. They then kept me updated on progress both through their website and by e-mail until, as promised, the watch arrived about a week before Christmas. And they then refunded the £10 I had paid for bracelet adjustment when this turned out not to be required. A very satisfied customer!

Prompt, on time delivery and reasonable value

2 garden wheelbarrows arrived on time, exactly as ordered.

These are definitely of the "cheap and cheerful" type - certainly cheap, and reasonable value, and probably fit for purpose (time will tell) but not what I would describe as quality engineering.
