I arrived 10 minutes late because of exceptional traffic. No problem. My car was MOTtested and failed. I got a call saying what was needed to get it through a retest plus advisory items and its service. They went to 5 suppliers to source an essential part for my 10 year old car. Paul who I was dealing with was professional but we had a laugh around the pain I felt from my £700 bill. The car drives very well now.
