I noticed that a crack had appeared in the bottom panel of my front door recently, having checked the guarantee period (15 years) with the Safe Style UK literature I called the customer help line.
Amy was very helpful and took all of the relevant details from me and informed me that a representative would call in 10 days time. I had a confirmatory call yesterday saying that the engineer would call in the morning between 8am and 6pm. He rung at 9 this morning saying that he would with me before 11 am.
Dave arrived just after ten, had a quick look at the panel and set about replacing it. I had been under the impression that he was there to evaluated the repair and establish how it might have occurred, but no, wham bam it was replaced completely. He then tested the locks and checked for any other damage that might need repair, refused a cup of tea and asked me to speak to the company to confirm that everything had gone according to plan – it had.
This was fantastic service, quick, efficient, friendly and completely free. I would not hesitate to recommend Safe Style UK to anyone I will certainly use them in the future.
I returned a faulty heated towel rail switch last week.
It was posted to you at 1610 hrs on the 23rd Aug.
At 1338 hrs on the 24th Aug my postage had been refunded via PayPal.
At 1543 hrs on 24th Aug I received confirmation of dispatch of the replacement item.
I received the item this morning via FedEx.
It is now fitted and working.
