I ordered a filing cabinet on a Wednesday - it was flagged as 24hr delivery, but didn't arrive until the following Monday, mid-day. No great problem, as I wasn't in a hurry for it; BUT when I rang Customer Service on the Monday morning I was put 'on hold' for far too long: I think the staff there need to be trained to answer a phone when it rings!
The courier who delivered it was very helpful, and the cabinet itself is good quality for the price. Ordering through the website was easy enough....just a pity about the Customer Service department: my patience ran out before I managed to get through to them!
