Ordered photobook Friday 4 October and received despatch notification Weds 9 October - very impressed! Unfortunately it hadn't arrived on Monday 14 - surprising, as the website says that all orders are despatched by First Class Royal Mail or similar specialist courier. Phoned Photoworld and was advised to wait until 11-day turnaround had expired. Photobook still hadn't arrived by deadline day, so I requested reprint and offered to pay for a next-day courier service. It actually arrived on Weds 23 October but appears to be the original, not the reprint. The fact that it came from Germany might help to explain the 2-week delivery, and I might have been less concerned if I had been told at the outset that it originated from there.
I would recommend that you are more upfront about the delivery details and also provide useful tracking information. The single word 'shipped' is not really helpful in this respect. Nevertheless I will certainly use your service again.
