I signed up and canceled my contract on the same day. A persuasive salesman sold this particular broadband package to me. However, I was given a number to order my new talktalk router, which turned into the most frustrating experience. In total, I was on the phone for over an hour, in which time I was transferred to multiple lines and on one occasion a member of the team hung up on me, which is so unprofessional. My advice is that it is not worth the effort.
