I waited in on Tuesday for a delivery promised for 13.05-14.05.
It hadn't arrived by 15.15, so I checked the website, which claimed it had been delivered at 13.11.
As it is not possible to speak to anybody on the phone number, I sent an email to their 'make it right' people, which promises to reply within the hour.
This email was ignored, so I sent another email 3 hours later. This too was ignored..
Later, a neighbour delivered the package to me. It appears to have been dumped outside his house whilst he was out.
