The seller only sent the tickets on the Friday prior to the gig (gig was on wed), we were told he had sent them special delivery and that they would arrive monday morning! They actually arrived Tuesday afternoon (you can imagine the panic) and they were sent via signed for post which can take up to a week to arrive. Plus the tracking service is only available after 14 days so it was useless to us when the tickets were only sent 3 working days before the gig! Customer service were friendly but it was out of their hands, all they could do is say they would ask the seller what is happening! We got there eventually but a headache in the run up!
