Disappointment after disappointment

My next day delivery turned out to be 7 day delivery - spoke to 4 call centre staff - lots of apologies but no real empathy or concern or reasons for the delay - no response at all from Yodel even when I called the mobile number left by their staff - appalling service all round - really has affected my level of trust in their delivery service andresponse
