I ordered three wall lamps in early January 2011, for which I had to pay in full. After I had placed my order. when I first chased its non-delivery,I was told that these items were on "Pre-order" and that they were not in stock and that I would have to wait 8 weeks.
The items never arrived and in early May 2011 I cancelled my order. I am now awaiting a refund. I have enlisted help from Mastercard in achieving this
Every time I called Litecraft, I was received an abrupt, unsympathetic and unhelpful response from the Customer Service team. At no stage did Litecraft ever contact me to advise what was going on.
This is an unscrupulous and cynical company. Do not buy from them.
