My experience was a bad one but this was apparently due to Royal Mails inability to perform the home deivery on the day arranged.

I arranged home delivery of some currency (which was sold at a good rate), however after taking a half days holiday from work to be in for the delivery I had a phone call to say that they were unable to deliver that day. I eventually had to collect the currency myself which isn't the scenario I had bought into.
I would also advise paying for the buy back option upfront as the rate I sold my spare currency back for was miserly.

Although we do our utmost to meet delivery times, Travelex, like many retailers, has to rely on third parties for the delivery of our orders. Your order was despatched using a service that guarantees a delivery time but the carrier failed to meet this guarantee. These occurrences are rare but when they happen, we try and keep our customers informed of any delay and may be able to make alternative arrangements in some circumstances.
