Never come through on advertised price

Attempted to book Glasgow-Sydney in April 2012 via advertised price sites (cheapflights etc) and called many agents but they all appear as the same agent - travelup. Advertised for around 732.20 for same price for weeks, however flight is quoted at a lot more when call as advertised. It appears as though the same company advertise under different agents name and trade from outside Europe. It's a poor name they give good reputable agents whom advertise and supply the same price. BE CAREFULL with these agents and do your homework!

zero customer service and zero trust

Still waiting for next day delivery after nearly a month. Over 500pounds taken and cannot get a customer service response.
