Did a booking with Argus Car Hire, suitable price with exact model confirmation but after confirmation & payment receipt went fine I’ve received final supplier voucher mentioning different Model/Make.
Then went through a struggle to get in touch with Argus online customer support – Online chat is not available, customer support message never attended, & finally Phone Customer care which is just repeating his memorized / taught sentences without any human touch or basic listening skills to help out customers who are calling internationally,
Ending up by not fulfilling their promises – service agent promised he will send new confirmation email but never received then I called up to follow up with them, they said we don’t know why our colleague didn’t send it! – 10 Minutes each call with looong Hold.
Finally I needed to speak to a senior person who might CARE about his customers but again got promised to be contacted ASAP - hopefully this year!
