Ordered an armchair at the start of October, only to be told after order placed that delivery would be 27th October. After checking the tracking on my order it would appear that the goods have still not arrived at the warehouse but Achica have not seen fit to inform me of the delay! The order confirmation clearly states that any delay in the order they will communicate, yet they have not on this ocassion. After chasing I have now been advised that my new delivery date is now going to be 4th November, how hard is it to keep people informed?
I am really not impressed and wish that I had paid attention to the repeated poor delivery feedback on this website, I should have gone to WH Smiths Homesense store, where they have excellent furniture that is way cheaper than Achica and I could have got delivery within 2 days.
I will not be using Achica again and I most definitely urge anyone thinking of placing an order to think twice, as you are likely to find better goods elsewhere that you can actually have delivered in a reasonable amount of time.
Shame on you Achica for your poor, poor, poor treatement of customers.
UPDATE 6th November - to all who purchase on this website using your credit card - you can start a dispute via your credit card provider for failure to supply. Your credit card provider will ask you to fill out a number of forms and provide evidence of correspondance but you do not have to sit back and allow Achica to treat you so poorly, there are means by which you can obtain a refund even if Achica are not forthcoming.
