Good customer service on telephone too. Rang due to my computer crashed to check if order had been received by them. Good email order confirmation and despatch notification. Free delivery.
Ordered quite a few things from theHut, cds dvds and toys. Items arrive within 7 days. Look out for discount codes too which brings price down even lower. The Hut had a few teething problems in the early days with lack of stock. I complained about something not arriving and was sent a discount code apology. I have since ordered without a problem and would use again if price is right.
I have ordered quite a few things from Sendit in fact they were one of the first online purchases I made. They were always quick in sending items out. Unfortunately they have now started to charge postage so unless item is at least £2 cheaper than elswhere I cannot be bothered to order from sendit any more as the prices are usually the same as TheHut which is free postage. I prefer to use the free postage option.
Good swift delivery times but if customer service say they will call you back they never do. Had to phone quite a few times about a delivery to be rescheduled and kept getting told someone would call but never did, finally someone put me through to the bookings office to get problem sorted. Also a refund took ages to come through which I had to chase up.
I have ordered quite a few items from My Memory. I have used their website direct and also purchased via amazon Marketplace. I have always been happy with service. Items have arrived within 7 days. Service not quite as fast as amazon as they dont work on weekends but if item is at the lower price I am happy to wait the extra couple of days. I don't know why MYMEMORY have received poor reviews as I have been happy with the service and will reuse this company if price is the best option.

Good returns. I ordered a Now music cd which had 2 Disk 1's instead of a Disk 2, (this must have been due to a factory error as item was sealed) I rang Amazon who dispatched a replacement the same day with their next day delivery service and they said I had 14 days to send original order back. They e-mailed a freepost packing label too.
Cd turned up with wrong disk in the box. (which was probably due to a factory error as item was in fact sealed) They offered a replacement but would not send replacement out until they received back original disk which meant a birthday present was late for my son! It would have been better if they would had posted replacement out on the same day as they knew they were getting the original purchase returned back to them.
