Fabulous quick delivery..a good way to use my tesco points


good fast service

Used this company a few times now. Best prices for paul mitchell shampoo. Even comes with a free pump.
Good customer service on telephone too. Rang due to my computer crashed to check if order had been received by them. Good email order confirmation and despatch notification. Free delivery.

fantastic and speedy

Phone posted on Friday was assessed on Monday and I received cheque on Tuesday. Would definately reuse when I have another phone to recycle.

First couple of experience was good but since then - This has happened more than once -
I ordered a playstation game and a cd seperately
Prices were slightly cheaper than Amazon.
Item listed "in stock usually dispatched within 24 hrs"
After 5 days no item posted- account states "awaiting stock pick"
Contacted the Hut for info.
Told awaiting stock from supplier
Another 5 days later get another message stating item still unavailable.
This made my brother in laws b'day prezzie already late.
Cancelled Hut order and ordered from Amazon and the price had gone up even more then.
My trying to save a few pence cost me an extra few pounds!
Think I will stick to Amazon in future..much better stock system

Used to be good

I have ordered quite a few things from Sendit in fact they were one of the first online purchases I made. They were always quick in sending items out. Unfortunately they have now started to charge postage so unless item is at least £2 cheaper than elswhere I cannot be bothered to order from sendit any more as the prices are usually the same as TheHut which is free postage. I prefer to use the free postage option.

Customer Service polite but lax

Good swift delivery times but if customer service say they will call you back they never do. Had to phone quite a few times about a delivery to be rescheduled and kept getting told someone would call but never did, finally someone put me through to the bookings office to get problem sorted. Also a refund took ages to come through which I had to chase up.

Okay to use if something is greatly reduced but watch out for delivery prices.



Items usually arrive within a couple of days but the last thing I ordered was a take that dvd, the box was scratched and my email went unanswered.


So far So Good

I have ordered quite a few items from My Memory. I have used their website direct and also purchased via amazon Marketplace. I have always been happy with service. Items have arrived within 7 days. Service not quite as fast as amazon as they dont work on weekends but if item is at the lower price I am happy to wait the extra couple of days. I don't know why MYMEMORY have received poor reviews as I have been happy with the service and will reuse this company if price is the best option.


Slow Service

Cd turned up with wrong disk in the box. (which was probably due to a factory error as item was in fact sealed) They offered a replacement but would not send replacement out until they received back original disk which meant a birthday present was late for my son! It would have been better if they would had posted replacement out on the same day as they knew they were getting the original purchase returned back to them.



Good service although website is not as clear as it used to be, as it is not always clear whether the item is sold via play or playtrade.

Good discount offers

Ordered a telephone with a good discount offer giving 10 percent off.

They did send wrong bill via email but this was rectified by a telephone call.


Quick Service

Quick service, free delivery and reasonable prices, although a couple of the books had scratched spines.


Speedy Delivery + Great customer service.

Items always arrive promptly and usually before stated delivery estimate!

Good returns. I ordered a Now music cd which had 2 Disk 1's instead of a Disk 2, (this must have been due to a factory error as item was sealed) I rang Amazon who dispatched a replacement the same day with their next day delivery service and they said I had 14 days to send original order back. They e-mailed a freepost packing label too.
