I pre-ordered Oman Rial and went to collect. The desk did not acknowledge me as I arrived, instead continued to do back-office tasks. The assistant could not find my order because the drawers were not organised, so the process was to look through almost all of the orders. Once located, the computer work involved to a long time to complete. Why, especially when the money was pre-ordered? I asked her to hurry, please as I was becoming late for my plane, to which the assistant was rude, saying that she had to fill in these forms. The whole process took 15 minutes. This is too long for me and will not be ordering money again from this desk.
