I ordered something from amazon,with next day delivery the tracking links etc said the delivery was on the way, 10:23 came and it said the parcel had been signed for, when i haven't even received the item? the address is spot on and no mistakes? so someone has my parcel because you messed up..
after getting in contact with dpd customer services, its come to light the driver has given his work load to another driver, and has signed off all the parcels himself.. the kind lad i was speaking to got in contact with the nearest depot and asked for the driver who has the parcel BUT even the depot didn't even know, so my parcel could be anywhere and no one knows where it is. the only thing ive been told i can do is contact amazon and they'll open an investigation towards it. but still it was supposed to be for next day delivery by the time my email goes through to them and the investigate im guessing probably a week.. terrible service.
