I ordered a bed and asked for it to be delivered on Wednesday. Tuesday I recieved a tx message stating that I would recieve my bed between 5pm and 9pm! I thought this was strange, so I waited in all day and night. At 9pm I still had recieved no bed. I called the mobile number which had tx me and they told me that can can deliver up to 12pm!!! At 12pm still no bed and no answer. The next day I called bedworld, but like everyone else, just answering machines. I sent an email to each department asking them to call me. No answers to my emails or no phonecall back.
Eventually when I did get through, I expressed my concern at not being able to get through to them and was told "Well your through to someone now so what do you want!"
A week later I have my bed but no headboard and have been told, this bed is now discontinued and if i want a headboard for it, I have to pay another £130!!!
I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this company and erge anyone going to buy anything from them NOT TO!!!
Terrible and unhelpful company to deal with. The only help I recieved was from one girl, that genuinely seemed to care.
