I waited all day on tuesday for my delivery which I was looking forward to, was told my order would be between 15:34-16:34 and was tracking it using their website. As soon as the driver finished the delivery before me I got a message saying "We were unable to deliver your parcel as there was no one present to sign for the delivery; we left calling card number", the driver did not come anywhere near my house nor did he actuallly leave a calling card number.
So I promptly arranged a redelivery and had some issues and was forced to speak to someone to arrange it. I was then told that the driver sadi he came to my house and couldnt get in and that my door was blue, in fact my door is silver so the fool clearly went to the wrong house. I accepted that and arranged a redeliver for today and I was told that the driver would call me on my phone when he arrives. Now today I was told my delivery would arrive between 14:15-15:15 and be delivered by the same driver, now just when he was supposed to deliver to me the tracker gives me this message "Sorry we couldn't deliver your parcel as the exchange item was incorrect; we're waiting for further instructions from the sender".
I didnt receive no phone call, this has just left me fuming, one day may be excusable but two days is just plain pathetic. I will never use this service again and advise people to stay far away from this company, poor customer service and unreliable deleveries. If my order does not come today I will be getting a full refund and will purchase my products elsewhere where I am guaranteed DPD will not be involved.
