It was such a relief to come aback after a long flight and know you are not going to carry a lot of baggage to the tubes or bus and then have to get off at a stop and then make your way home.
I was a bit annoyed because my flight was scheduled to arrive at 21:00 and on Silver Shuttle's website it advises to book the taxi 30 minutes to allow for baggage collection. I then selected 21:40.
My flight arrived at 20:20 and I was so annoyed as I would have to wait for over an hour and I was advised if I cancelled I would not get a refund. So I decided I may lazy around shopping in Heathrow.
Imagine my surprise that my baggage came out at 21:30. Wow! I had time to get a cup of hot chocolate and there was my driver. Friendly and I was home before I could realise it. And the price is so affordable.
I would like to apologise to the customer service rep that took my call as I ended the call due to what I construed as bad news at the time and I will definitely use this company again as I travel quite regularly.
