Like other reviewers here, I used to be a regular Mankind customer. They were always much better than Lookmantastic. But then it all changed. They both became part of the same group and service took a dive.
Recently I was sent a voucher which didn't work so I emailed them through the site. They eventually replied and then the voucher worked but my site credit (another long story of poor service) wouldn't. So I replied to their message. Three days later, the voucher expired without reply - despite two follow up messages from me. A week further on again there's still nothing.
I tried to leave a message via their always-off online chat application, but it bounced back as undelivereable.
Truly dreadful all in all, and that's really sad because they used to be very good but now a lot of the good brands have gone (Biotherm Homme, Kiehls) and service is rubbish. Avoid.
We decided to move to Visualsoft in the spring of 2011 when we fnally lost patience with the quality of service given by our previous platform provider. The contrast couldn't be greater!
From the very first contact with Visualsoft, the company's staff have shown absolute expertise and professionalism, with dedication above and beyond the call of duty to get our site live.
The site itself is fast and feature-rich. The admin areas are an absolute delight to use, and we're looking forward to developing ever more features and functionality in the years to come.

I used to buy all of our company's PCs, servers and monitors from Dell but I've stopped after repeatedly being let down with poor warranty support. I keep telling them to stop emailing me but they don't ever get the message. We now buy from elsewhere. Dell are cheap, granted, but you get what you pay for.
No complaints about the order process, but I did find a lower price (with free delivery) shortly after placing the order. One of those things I expect. The pilates mat is great but has a very strong petrochemical aroma! Needs a good blast of Febreeze...
I've placed many orders with this web site, but the last four have been nothing but trouble. They rarely reply to emails, can be a proper struggle to speak to by phone, and promise refunds but don't actually do them. Drives me mad. It's a real shame as they have a good range of products, and deliveries were usually okay up to the last four orders, but I won't be bothering with them again.
This was my fifth(!) laptop from Save On Laptops (or 6th if you count one one my friend bought on my recommendation) and as ever the price, service, speed of despatch and communication was impeccable. Credit where it's due.... I'll be back (again!).
