I don't have any real problems with Ryanair although you need to be careful using the website and not end up buying extras you didn't want.
If you only pay £5 for a 1000 mile flight you shouldn't expect the best level of service.
Treat it like a bus service and it's great value for money.
The website and clothes are but I'd rather go into the shop because their delivery and returns are a bit difficult.
You can select a date/time which seems great but the courier never sticks to it, so you don't know if you need to be at home or not. I'd rather they offered less specific dates/times that the courier can meet, than not be able to rely on it.
Maybe it's just the area I live in and other areas are better.
I don't agree with these bad reviews about buying from Debenhams website. I've used it about 4 times and never had any issues. Delivery is good, the products are as described and expected. No problems at all.
You see a lot of bad reviews on this website about a lot of companies and I suspect a lot of the time it's because people are happy to moan and complian but rarely comment when they are happy about something.
It's interesting that when you look at their other reviews left by the bad reviews they are mainly negative as well - perhaps these people go through life thinking everything is terrible. You have to wonder if the problem is with the website or the customer.
In my opinion, Sainsburys have the best home delivery website of all the supermakets.
