I received a storage unit which was damaged and have spent the last week trying to get a replacement and wasting numerous phone-calls.
The company are just not interested when their service goes wrong and seem to be passing on the responsilibity to their suppliers/delivery people etc.
I still do not know the outcome of the damaged unit and whether they will refund me or send me a replacement.
I would recommend that if you are thinking of ordering a high value product from them, not to. It is just not worth the hassle!
