Just hassle if you have an issue with the appliance (when comparison with other high street retailers)..
Obviously I don't by fridges everyday, but at £1,500 if it is defective at arrival I'd simply expect a new one.. not with Marks Electrical.. they simply log a ticket with the manufacturer which then hire a repairer, which then visits, then goes away to order the part.. then.. (I'm not there yet).. still have a defective fridge..
