I ordered an item on Monday Evening and recieved the item of Wednesday Morning within the window advised by the Emails.
The Driver Tim was smartly dressed, courteous and polite with a ready smile. He apologised that he had visisted an incorrect adress as our street has houses of the same number thanks to poor planning by the council. He could have taken the item back and simply advised of incorrect addressing or simply outcarded the job and returned the item to base allowing the resident to contact me to resolve the issue. BUT DIDN'T.
He found the correct address which could have affected his planned schedule.
The company image as we see it is delivered by the guy at the end of the change, Customer care is delivered not only by training but by a staff members been driven by a will to succeed and deliver their own job satisfaction (Well Done Tim )
