The London Pass

Buyer Beware, don't Trust them.

For the most part the event passes worked fine, however we were given incorrect underground/bus passes for the last day of our trip. Instead of an all day pass we received a one way pass for that day's travel.

We did not realize that the passes were different until we attempted to return to our hotel. At that time we discovered that our transportation passes were invalid, we had to pay an extra 8.50lb to get home.

We had to leave for the airport early the next morning and could not go to the London Pass office. I tried unsuccessfully several times to contact London Pass via email to get reimbursed for the incorrect passes. I provided scanned images of the passes we received and, also, of the passes we were forced to purchase.

No one from London Pass ever responded to my emails to even apologize for the extra expense and hassle, much less reimburse us for the extra passes.

Thanks for your feedback.

I am sorry to hear you had an issue with the Travelcard on your final day. This does seem unusual as we only have Day Travelcards to issue customers, we don't stock single journey/one way Travelcards.

If you would like to send a formal complaint to then I shall escalate this to our customer service team for immediate investigation.
