I placed an order for a Samsung TV on the 16th April 2011. After problems with payment going through, I am still waiting on delivery. After several e-mails to them i eventually got a response last thursday telling me the TV was damaged so they have requested a replacement saying will contact me on Friday re the delivery. I also tried to call them and eventually afer an 11 minute wait got thought to some muppet on a switchboard who told me they only take messages as they are in a different building. When i asked where i was calling even though i knew was Guernsey The muppet refused to tell me and kept avoiding to answer me. I have now contacted my credit co to get a full refund.
Avoid these idiots like the plague!!!!!
