Ive never had any problems with nochex when it comes to payments but It rediculous there is no conact numbers and no way cos closing your account with them, there is no information in their help section on how to close it either. Im have very unimpressed by this and i am glad to be closing me account. If something was to go wrong with payments then I would hate to have to deal with them through "support tickets". As well as this there is also no option to remove credit card details should you wish to! I have also heard MANY accounts of un-notified closures although i have yet to experience this I wouldn't be suprised if it happened.
My advise... avoid a company that is unwilling to provide telephone contact. Especially one that deals with you finances!
Like any company, there are always problems with the odd stray delivery or the odd mix up which you have to accept sometimes, the question is how to they deal with it. My experience is a positive one. I have purchesed from them numberous times now even though my first experience was with problems. Theyre customer service is acceptable and the issue was sorted with speed. Since then my next door neighbour had recent problems with a missing dress in the post. Although there were some communation issues which left her frustrated, the replacement came swiftly.
Clothing wise. The clothing is spot on in my option and this is where i rate high, im not talking about design as this is personal opinion. The quality of the clothing it fantastic, The photos are accurate and the catwalk option just makes chosing so much easier. The prices are also amazing on almost everything!
This is one of the only websites i trust when it comes to accurate photos and Ive never been disopointed why what Ive recieved (sometimes the size has been out but thats me not accuratly measuring!)
My advise.. trust and love them! Dont panic if there are delivery problems or the odd mix up.. it happens and it isnt a common thing! They will do their best to fix the problem IMO and the clothes are well worth their money.
Where to start! In store the staff where nice and helpful it seems. I have a habit of interegating when it comes to contracts, i repeatdly asked my questions to make sure they couldnt loop hole me... well turned out he just plain lied! It was only after i found out that i was unable to cancel the contract at all! And to top it, after speaking to three who the contract was also with, they told me it was bad practise what carphone warehouse did.
Now im paying for a 2 year contract i was explicitly assured i wouldnt end up paying if there was problems. (the contract was for a friend in my credit rating.. yes dont trust friends with money) What actually happened was my friend canceled the payment and without any notice i was immediatly paying them.
If i had known what i new now about my liability, i would never have agreed to help my friend. My advise.. dont trust carphonewarehouse staff to tell the truth, they will blatently lie to your face for a sale.
I bought a photography lighting kit and after 4 weeks of hassle and 2 kits BOTH BROKEN they where trying to pawn me off with replacement bulbs. After some discussion over checking the lights are fine before despatch is was clear they knew full well the whole stock where broken and still sold onto the customers! At that point i demanded a refund! I refuse to purchase from a company who does that to their customers!
Part of me believes they might purposly buy lights with broken bulbs, as it easily happens, then they can get a cheaper price! Surely if a big company recieves broken goods they would get replacements from the manufacturer since they give them £1000's. However warehouse express seems quite happy to sell on these goods!
So 4 weeks later i have no lights, mountains of stress and lost work from sitting in waiting for deliveries. If your going to purchase from them dont expect a quality service!
