I purchased a fridge handle which, based on the description on the web, was meant to fit but it didn't. I returned the item expecting a full refund but was surprised to see that I was charged for the postage even though I wasn't at fault. I contacted customer services and they then pointed out that I should have looked on a different website for the serial number. However even this site doesn't refer to a serial number.
As yet they haven't responded to my last email highlighting the issues.
