Would advise anyone to check ammounts being charged by parcelforce particularly when they are a third party carrier.

Paid £50 for express delivery from Australia (2 to 5 days). The Australian company used parcelforce as delivery agent. The parcel arrived after 11 days although 6 days late I still had to pay a handling charge of £13 for the priviledge standard delivery within 10 to 14 days was only £13 lesson learned

It's a pity there is not a zero star option

I was also left a card asking me to pay £1.12 for an undelivered envelope this includes a handling charge of £1.00........ get a life aren't you paid to carry envelopes or can you only deliver cards telling me that I have an undelivered envelope that is underpaid by 00.12p

Thankfully we now have email and skype and don't have to fill their ever expanding coffers with overpriced payment for stamps and late deliveries
