Second to none

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 from Expansys less than 48 hours ago and it arrived this morning.
Well packaged and with UK adapter plug
£40 cheaper than anywhere else.
Checked to see if item was working and appears fine, haven't fully tested as is a present for my wife.
Excellent Expansys, if you keep this service up I can see myself using your services a lot

Exceeded my expectations

I have given this company five stars as the buying experience was so close to being perfect. I bought a Canon EOS 100D bundled with loads of extras

The good things first:

The price - probably 25-30% cheaper than buying from someone in the UK, estimated saving for me of about £200 - £250
Bundled with everything I needed to start my DSLR experience.
Fantastic contact throughout.
Arrived faster than expected in 5 working days (estimated 6 - 10 working days was given)
Tracked throughout via DHL, could even tell when it landed in the UK, excellent service.
Came well packaged, nothing broken as far as I can tell and have tried virtually everything.
Hopefully after this review I should receive a free gift as well. That is fantastic service and perhaps more UK companies should take note.

The not so good:

Paid initially via American express which the website says there is no charge for. Was rang up by SLRHUT rep to say this is not the case so we altered payment method and no problem.
Yes, it has a UK telephone number but you are speaking to someone in the States, not a real problem but something to be aware of.
I doubt, although can't be sure, that Canon UK will honour the one year guarantee should there be a problem and so would probably mean returning to the US if anything breaks. That said I would think a problem on a Canon quality item is unlikely in the first year.

There was nothing bad in the service from SLRHUT, although the website should perhaps be clearer as far as AMEX goes. I would definitely use them again as the buying experience has been excellent. Hopefully aftersales care is just as good.
