Decided to set up a virtual office service and break into the London market for my IT business. Looked around and decided to go with Regus as they had a Berkeley Square address and meeting space.
Was told by the sales team that they were the cheapest option for London and that their service was flexible (two huge lies that I later found out would cost me over £1500 pounds).
Immediately things started to go wrong, important mail was lost for my company, staff at Regus treated me with utter contempt when I complained and were incredibly rude on several occasions, use of the business lounge was poorly organised and very rarely would the internet connection be usable.
When i cancelled I found the contract tied me in, something I was promised it wouldn't. In the end I had to write off the loss, damage to my company for lost mail and lost customers I estimate that I was left out of pocket by £5,000-£6,000 in lost business. Plus had to print new stationery, business cards and change listings online. Another huge headache.
Happily I've now found a smaller provider that doesn't charge an arm and a leg, they care about my business and they get my business mail to me on time. If you're thinking about using Regus, look past the glossy frontage, you will be paying 10 times as much a month for a very ordinary service.

Definately from experience the best provider for mobile phones by a long stretch, contract values are great and would recommend their unlimited use packs. One of the first providers and it shows, best quality reception overall and I've tried pretty much every network. Only worry is they have combined efforts with the dreadful Orange network of late, Orange would rank bottom on my list so I hope this won't drag T-Mobile in the wrong direction.
Always manage to find good quality items, fantastic butchers counter and fish counter as well. Although not the cheapest supermarket it is definately one of the best. Fresh clean environment to shop in, great staff who care about their jobs and want to provide good customer service top it off.
