I processed and paid for an order of £20. they said when I clicked Pay that there was an error so I processed and paid again.
They took £40 out of my account. It only took numerous talks and finally involving the ombudsmen before they would bother giving £20 back. Their attitude is almost robotic and they simply do not care.
I see also that NUMEROUS other people have had exactly this problem.
Oh and for you ''Gauri'' from Just Eat who has replied, we contacted Just Eat FOUR times regarding this situation and you lot didn't sort it. Why would I want to bother wasting my time again with you thieving little sods? Do you simply apologise and give an email to all the customers you messed about? Which is quite a few on this page....
