I wish Back in Action didn't just sell products associated with back care. I wish they were a whole department store. The service I received was genuine, informative and friendly. Delivery was within 24 hours and the Stokke Tripp Trapp I purchased for my son was the cheapest online, over 20 quid cheaper than mothercare. There's no customer services protocol you need to go through, you just ring and a sales representative answers the phone. I wish Back in Action sold everything.
