A customer service named TRUDY reply me with rude answer and even banned my account just because I ask why my 8 items missing.
Another one named JENNY also give impolite response.
The order has tracking number and Asos can check whether items missing or not.
They did not want to check,just banned buyer so no need to work.
It is very difficult to solve problem when something wrong with order.
They ignore me after taken money while items missing.The way to ignore is asking me to wait for email reply while nobody reply email for hours and when I ask through Facebook, Facebook staff tell me they cannot help, I should go to email staff. Ping pong buyer just to ignore buyer.
