5 out of 7 weeks, my shop has arrived with at least one broken/leaking bottle, ruining other items. Ive spoke to customer sercive, and two managers who bleat the same story - we'll check its packed right next time. This week my box of firelighters, and carton of cat food arrived loose in a carrier back, as the packaging was once again soaked. Im expected to pay full price for damaged goods?? Im back to Tesco. Ocado does not appreciate your custom. What a joke they are
