I booked a flight for my friend's son. Unfortunately for me I misspelled his name so when the confirmation came we immediately called Last Minute. They said they would call the airline. And we were told no they would not change the name. And on top of that he could not board the flight unless the name matched exactly. After days of trying to resolve this problem they still have not helped. Yesterday the last person I spoke with said the supervisor would get back to me in 24 hours. They have been stalling and I was also told the flight can not be canceled because I waited too long. They were the ones causing the time to pass as I did call them the day after the booking and have been sending emails and calling over and over again. At this point we do not want to deal with this fraudulent company as it is obvious that they will take your money and not give you the service. They are refusing to refund, does anyone know what can be done? And the manager has not called back. I find it strange that every person I spoke to is from India... is this outsourcing?
