Thank you for your excellent service. The goods were delivered in good time and were packed very well. The prices were also very competitive. When I needed to call the company due to some of the goods not being compatible with the boiler we had purchased, the telephone was answered quickly and the service that we received from Matt was second to none. Matt was polite and professional throughout and returned my calls as promised. It was agreed that these items could be returned and my card account would be credited on receipt. I then had to phone Matt again and explain that I was having difficulty returning the items as the courier company wanted ID and then wanted to open all the boxes that I had wrapped up to check the contents. Matt informed me not to worry and he would sort it out and call me back the next day. True to his word, the next morning he called and advised me that he had arranged a couirier to collect the items the following day. It is not often these days that you receive a service as good as this, you often find that when you telephone a compamy you are directed to an Indian call centre and cannot understand a word that is being said, or the person on the other end of the phone does not really care and they make false promises. This was not the case with TDL and I have no doubt that when my goods are received by TDL then my card will be credited as they promised. I would definately recommend this company to all my working colleagues and friends. Based on the above I am rating this company with 5 stars. Well done Matt.
