Yes, and faultless. I had a query regarding the Vaillant boiler pack I was hoping to order so called up on Saturday morning, spoke with a very helpful and polite chap who knew his stuff and told me if I placed the online order on Saturday the pack would be with me around lunchtime on Monday. I placed the order (cheapest Vaillant boiler pack online and in any store) that Saturday and the boiler arrived at 1pm on Monday. I even got a call on the Monday morning confirming that TDL were delivering around 1pm that day and was this still ok with me. Absolutely brilliant and this is how customer service should operate! Over the last 4 months I have ordered numerous goods and services through various companies (including John Lewis (don't start me off on them!), tile companies, bathroom suppliers, radiator company etc etc) and TDL have been the only company to give me an estimated time of delivery (rather that saying between 7am and 6pm on a particular day) and then delivering the goods when they said they would. One very happy customer and thank you all at TDL for restoring my faith in British customer service! D Trumper, Surrey
