Hey Danielle,

Sorry to hear that two orders have been declined. When this happens the card used will not be charged.

However you may notice a drop in your available balance. This is because your bank has placed the funds on hold for us to take, of course the order has been cancelled which automatically cancels the transaction.

Your bank has set those funds to an unavailable state as they authorised the funds. Once your bank expires the authorisation your funds will go back to your available balance. I'm afraid we don't know the time this takes as all banks have a different time frame to process this.

If you need anymore details on this just email us at the address below. Please note that you won't see JUST EAT appear on your bank statement during this time as we will not capture the funds at any point.
