Dreadful delivery service

I tracked my parcel and it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 30th October, 2013. I therefore took a days leave so that I could be at home to take delivery of my parcel. The parcel did not arrive even though the tracking document said it was on the van for delivery. Then the tracking page said the parcel was returned to the Llandudno depot as there was no one at the address and a card had been left. I then telephoned to make arrangements for the parcel to be delivered on the 31st October, 2013. It was delivered on the 31st. I challenged the delivery man about the none delivery the day before. The delivery man said that there was problems with the delivery on the 30th October and they never attended my property to deliver my parcel or indeed leave a card. Why did Yodel say untruths on the tracking document?

I shall not be using your company again because of the delivery problems.
