It went from Bad to Worse

I rated Thurgo 2 weeks ago with 2 stars as the delivery hadn't arrived due to apparent supplier issues and I was not impressed that they had not kept me informed and I had had to keep ringing up.The manager rang me and told me that Dyson had not delivered to them and in return for some free stuff, asked if I would I take the poor review down, which I did. Ten days later and after speaking to them a few more times (on the occasions when they did actually answer their phones) they told me that I had had my delivery 10 days earlier and signed for it, contradicting what they had said for the previous 10 days. I asked for proof. It wasn't my signature and we had CCTV proving it hadn't entered our building. The only way I proved it in the end was to have a meeting with the actual driver who realised he had delivered to someone else by accident. It was Thurgos fault but they compounded it to make it into a nightmare customer experience. Had they bothered to look on their system the first time I rang, 1.5 hours after I had apparently signed for it (and when I subsequently called), the last two weeks of blame, frustration and aggravation would have been avoided. Don't use them and don't be fooled by the lack of negative comments you see on this site, as they may have bribed their customers to take down any poor reviews. The free dyson tools I was given was to take down the last poor review. I won't be bribed again and would never recommend them to anyone.
