Like some of the other reviewers, I ordered my prints before I saw the reviews ... and felt I must comment on my own experience. The service was excellent throughout. As others have noted, the quality of the work is absolutely fine. I was kept informed at the tracking stage and my prints arrived early. I would be very happy to use this firm again.
I have never had such a negative experience whilst shopping online. I purchased a hotpoint built under cooker on 6th November 2011. The company told me their van had broken down and it couldn't be delivered. When it still didn't arrive them told me they had mistakenly sold it to someone else. After emails and phone calls (they did not reply to some emails or 'phone calls despite their promises) I was promised a delivery on either 8th or 9th December - still no cooker. I have now been told it will take up to 30 days to refund my money. Over two months after paying for an item I never received I am hoping my money will be returned. Totally unacceptable.
We purchased a steam oven / microwave after trawling the www and Electrical 123 were by far the most competitive. Unfortunately, the microwave failed within the 28 day period. I telephoned the company and the young man was sympathetic and polite. he arranged for a replacement in less than 24 hours. I have bought many items on the net but this quality of service easily surpasses them all. I would not hesitate to recommend or to make further purchases myself in the future ... if only all companies were like this.
I placed my order 6 weeks ago. I received no communications from the company. I telephoned and emailed and was given endless excuses. I have to wait 10 working days (2 weeks) for a refund. I would not recommend this firm. Staff are full of excuses and use bland words like 'fine' when I explained my concerns.
